Vital laboratory package Sport Woman includes 31 different values that can provide you with information on how your training affects you internally. The body’s ability to absorb oxygen from the air in the lungs and transport it with the blood to the body’s cells determines endurance during cardiovascular training. To achieve the greatest positive effect from training, it is important that blood values are balanced. If you suffer from iron deficiency, vitamin deficiencies, or are affected by certain easily treatable medical conditions, the body will not respond as well to the training as otherwise.

You will get an easy-to-read report of your results. The report shows all the results as a simple bar graph. You can easily see if your results fall within the reference values.
You will also learn what the values mean and how they can be affected with lifestyle choices, for example.
Instructions
- First, order the tests you need. You will not need a doctors referral.
- You can visit one of our many laboratories. Most of the laboratories also serve customers without an appointment.
- After placing the order, you will receive email instructions on how to prepare for the tests.
- The sample collection will only take a few minutes.
- When the results are ready, youll receive a notification via SMS and email.
- After this, you can log in to the My journal service to see your results in English. The service shows which values fall within the reference values and what the values mean. On the My journal page, you will also find in-depth articles and information on how to improve your well-being!
How to prepare for the test?

- Samples should be taken before 10.00 in the morning.
- Fasting – You should not eat or drink anything for 10 hours before sample collection (water is ok).
- Avoid alcohol, smoking, and snuff for 10 hours before sample collection.
- Do not take blood samples if you are sick – wait until you are completely healthy.
- Dietary supplements should be avoided for two days before sample collection.
- Avoid intense exercise the day before sample collection.
- Rest for about 15 minutes before sample collection.

Yes, you can! Add the desired products to the shopping cart and then you can take the samples at once.

Here’s how it works:
- Choose a laboratory package: Simply select one of our pre-designed laboratory packages and place your order on the website. When ordering a laboratory package on Vital.se, you choose which laboratory you want to visit for your sample collection. Each collection point indicates which laboratory they use. You can also order individual tests. You can find all our laboratory packages here.
- Visit a laboratory and take your blood sample: You can then go and have your blood sample taken at your convenience. Most of our sampling locations offer drop-in services, but in some cases, you may need to contact them to make an appointment. You can find all our laboratories here.
Anyone who is over 18 years old, has a Swedish personal identity number, and a BankID can order a test.
You cannot use BankID with a code token or BankID with a file.
The order must always be filled in with the details of the person to be tested. If you want to order tests as a gift for someone else, gift cards are available. The gift card is used in Vital’s online store, and the person who gets the gift can choose which test package they want to order.
However, you can purchase a gift card that you send to a person of your choice. The recipient should also have Mobile BankID, a Swedish personal identity number, and be over 18 years old to be able to place an order with the gift card.
Vital is not a publicly funded service, so exemption cards are not valid.
It’s up to individual employers to determine what they consider as wellness activities. In Epassi, Vital cannot be included as it’s a VAT-exempt service.
All of Vital’s services are exempt from VAT.
One must first place an order with the gift card here at vital.se for a referral to be created. The recipient of the gift card then chooses a health check from Vital’s website and adds it to the shopping cart. The gift card code is entered under “discount code/gift card” and the amount is deducted from the total.
Thereafter, one enters their personal details and the referral is created electronically in the name of the customer.
The customer should thus have a Swedish personal identity number, BankID, and be over 18 years old.
