A part of Meliva
Vital is part of the Swedish healthcare group Meliva AB, which in turn is part of the Finnish company Mehiläinen, the largest private healthcare and social care provider in Finland.
In Finland, Mehiläinen offers health checks under the brand Puhti (puhti.fi). Vital and Puhti operate with a similar concept and platform, with some local adaptations. Puhti was founded in 2018 and acquired by Mehiläinen at the end of 2020.
Vital collaborates with several experienced physicians who have helped develop our health checks.
Sample collection and analysis are carried out in cooperation with multiple clinics and laboratories, with over 150 sampling locations across Sweden. In Stockholm alone, Vital has more than 70 sampling sites, most offering drop-in visits.
